FESTIVE OCTOBER

October has been full of festivities commencing with Durga Pujo celebrations towards the begining of the month culminating with Kali Pujo (Diwali) towards the end.
It has been a refreshing experience to enjoy the festive days with family and friends after a long and may be forced period of nearly two decades out of India during these colourful days.
The richness and variety of Indian culture and rituals associated with the festivals gives the country a sense of strength and builds confidence in its future inspite of the stray incidents which some vested politicians try to create for disturbing peace and harmony.
